Being fascinated by the beauty of La Gomera with the warm colours and pleasant climate, where one can enjoy and feel the natural energy of the Island everywhere - we want to offer our guests the culinary flavours from such a special place.
Our fine dishes are our own creations inspired from stays in Thailand, India and Bali combined with typical Canarian specialities and local ingredients.
And for the final touch, there are sinful homemade desserts, just like grandma used to make.
Abraxas combines the flavours from various places together for a
festival of the senses.
We rely on the best quality and carefully prepare only selected ingredients for your enjoyment, such as using local products whenever possible and natural mineral water.
Every dish is prepared freshly at the time, and if it takes a little longer, it’s worth it! Last but not least, we mix exotic cocktails to finish off the day, together with the sounds of chill lounge music.
