Wolfram
In my previous life I have been around the world as a business-consultant and project manager.
The added value of this was to improve my hobby (cooking), using culinary impressions from all the different continents.
As in life nothing is more constant than change, I turned my hobby into my actual profession some years ago.
Today I am looking forward to spoil you with exotic food creations prepared according to recipes of my own. You will taste that we use fresh ingredients from a local producers.
Enjoy a festival of senses in the ABRAXAS.
Here I would like to say to my mother many thanks. With a saintly patience she left the kitchen to me when I was a small boy (leaving her the cleaning up). As a result she awoke my talent by experimenting playfully.

I accept your “land of milk and honey” order. If you cannot make up your mind between pineapple juice, Cuba Libre, vegetable volcano, latte macchiato, apple pie, waffles or goat cheese, I like to help in German, English, Spanish and French with the choice.

In summer 2009 I discovered this gourmet paradise and am doing perfectly since this.
No one expects me to give up my liberty in the banana fields (there are really hot Chicas around) but somehow I belong to the family.
I am a real fan of Wolfram's tuna, you should try it.
And for this hint, a small reward (e.g. tuna) would only be fair.
